Primula 'Kids Do The Cheesiest Things' recipes

You may remember me telling you about Primula hosting a 'Kids Do The Cheesiest Things' recipe challenge earlier in the year, asking kids to get inventive in the kitchen with the squishy cheeses. Maybe you entered? Well, the verdict is finally in and I love the look of the winning recipes

Meat Feast Mountain Pizza

1 Tortilla
2 Tablespoons Pasata Tomato Sauce
4 Sliced Mushrooms
45g Cooked Chicken Breast- cut into pieces
45g Peperoni Slices
45g Ham cut into small chunks
¼ Red Pepper Diced
25g Primula Original or Light Cheese

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Lay out the tortilla for your pizza base and spoon on the Pasata sauce. Using the back of a spoon spread it all over the wrap.
  2. Squeeze the Primula cheese over the tomato base and spread it all over!
  3. Sprinkle the sliced mushroom over the cheese, and then add the peppers.
  4. Now it is time to start layering your meat! Put a layer of chicken pieces over the pizza, then lay on peperoni slices and finally top with the ham chunks.
  5. Place your pizza on an oven tray and put into the oven for 10-12 minutes or turning golden brown and the vegetables are soft.
  6. Serve while crispy and warm!

Tasty tip: Why not make your pizza extra meaty and use Primula Ham Cheese for your Pizza Mountain.

2. Spoon your beans onto the pizza base and evenly spread them around.
3. Arrange your bacon and egg on top of the beans and finish off with a big squeeze of Primula Cheese all over the top!
4. Place your pizza on an oven tray and put into the oven for 10-12 minutes or until your cheese has melted and started to turn golden. Serve hot any time of the day!
